Soya & Egg Thoran / Stir fry

Soya chunks have complete protein in’em that means they have all essential Amino acids in them – Amino acids are building blocks of protein. Its an excellent alternative for meat. But a true meat lover would never like to have these as it lacks flavor of its own ,  hence its better to mix these with other ingredients to make it attractive taste wise.
