Broccoli is one of the miracle food , because of its super nutritive contents , though I personally doesn’t like its taste , transforming this vegetable to suit mallu tastebuds isn’t that hard.

Super easy side dish for Rice with a super nutritious vegetable !
Broccoli – 1 medium size finely chopped
Onion – 1 medium finely chopped
Green chili – 3 to 4 no’s chopped
Coconut – 4 table spoon grated
Cumin seeds/Jeera – 1/4 tsp (Optional)
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coconut Oil – 2 table spoon
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
* Mix all the ingredients except Oil & mustard
* Heat oil , pop mustard seeds , add the mixed ingredients and cook for 5 to 7 mints in medium flame uncovered , stirring constantly. Serve hot with Rice.
