Cheese Dosa

There’s no better way to feed kid’s a rich and nutritious Break fast.Had a little of Dosa batter in the fridge, not enough for all 3 of us , so thought to try something different. This is easy ,filing and rich for the kids I would say , not recommended for the weight watchers as its all cheese in there.


Dosa Batter –   1 cup (Depending on how many dosa’s you’ll need ) 
Cheese slice   


Make Plain dosa with the batter , make it thick or thin as you like it to be, flip on both sides before placing the cheese slices on it , fold the dosa ,  keep these on the hot pan  for a few seconds so that the cheese inside melts.

Just checking if it’s all good inside 🙂 
Serve it hot , to see the cheese oozing out . Kids will love this cheesy Dosa.
